Rosemary - Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Chop 2 Tbs Fresh Rosemary, Crush one head of garlic, mix rosemary and garlic with 2-4 Tbs olive oil. Toss with 1-2 pounds of quartered potatoes. Roast at 350oF until potatoes are tender. Enjoy!
