Sugar Snap Peas with Herbed Cream Sauce
1 - 2 pints sugar snap peas
1/2 c. sour cream
1 - 2 T. fresh lime juice
1 t. fresh garlic chives
2 t. fresh dill
1 t. fresh cilantro
Mix together sour cream, lime juice, an herbs, add sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Set aside. Clean sugar snap peas and steam them lightly - they should still be bright green. Remove from heat and toss with the dressing. Serve hot or cold.
